Market Value Comparison: We make every reasonable effort to price our vehicles significantly below prevailing market values, but we do not guarantee that our prices will always be the lowest available. Market conditions and individual vehicle conditions can influence pricing.
Offer Validity and Expiration: Any advertised special offers, discounts, or promotional pricing are subject to specific terms and conditions, including limitations on the duration of the offer. Offers are generally valid only for vehicles that are physically present in our inventory at the time of purchase. Advertised prices and offers typically expire at midnight on the date specified in the advertisement or online listing.
Vehicle Availability and Condition
Prior Sale: All vehicles listed for sale are subject to prior sale. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific vehicle, even if it is currently advertised or displayed on our website.
Pre-Owned Vehicles: Pre-owned vehicles are sold in their existing condition, with no implied or express warranties beyond any manufacturer warranties that may still be in effect.
Missing Items: Please be advised that certain accessories or components, such as a second key, floor mats, or the owner's manual, may not be present with all pre-owned vehicles.
Stock Photos: Images displayed in advertisements or online listings may be representative stock photos and may not precisely depict the actual vehicle being offered for sale. The actual vehicle may differ in color, trim level, options, or other features.

Pricing
Advertised Price: The advertised price typically represents the base price of the vehicle and does not include various taxes, fees, and other charges that may be applicable.
Additional Fees: In addition to the advertised price, the final purchase price will include applicable sales tax, vehicle registration and title fees, a dealer administrative/documentary fee of eight hundred ninety-nine dollars and fifty cents and any other fees mandated by law or lending institutions.
Protection Packages: We may add dealer-installed protection packages, such as appearance protection or theft protection, for four hundred ninety-nine ($499) dollars each. These packages are not included in the advertised price.

Errors and Omissions: We expressly disclaim any liability for errors, typos, or omissions in our advertisements, online listings, or other communications. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences that may arise from such inaccuracies.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify or change prices at any time without prior notice.
Financing and Extended Service Contracts
Availability: We offer various financing options and extended service contracts to qualified buyers. The availability and terms of these programs are subject to credit approval and other conditions. Please contact us for further information.

Limited Powertrain Coverage: Important Disclaimer
Please note that not all vehicles will qualify for our complimentary limited powertrain coverage. This coverage is subject to specific criteria and exclusions.
Vehicles typically excluded from this complimentary coverage include, but are not limited to:
High-Performance Models: Vehicles designed or marketed for high-performance driving, including many sports cars and performance-tuned variants.
Select Luxury Models: Certain high-end luxury vehicles.
Vehicles Exceeding Age or Mileage Limits: Vehicles that fall outside of our specified age or mileage parameters at the time of purchase.
Commercial Use Vehicles: Vehicles primarily used for business, livery, or commercial purposes.
Vehicles with Prior Modifications: Vehicles with significant aftermarket modifications to the powertrain or other key components.
Salvage or Branded Titles: Vehicles with a salvage, rebuilt, flood, or other branded title history.
